| Replacement Tenancy Fee: | Landlord’s reasonable costs and any resulting losses | |
| Payment on Variation of a Tenancy: | Free | |
| Unpaid Rent/Returned Payments: | 3% above Bank of England base rate (More than 14 days overdue) | |
If there’s any damage to the property, things like fixtures, fittings, appliances, or furniture, we’ll subtract the repair costs from your deposit, as agreed in the rental agreement.
